Klaus is very persistent, whether it is in pursuit of game or to get attention. He has always pointed with intensity and style, has a goofy personality and loves to play. He is always willing to participate, weather it be breaking ice in Canada or laying on the couch watching TV. He has earned a 189 Prize I in the NAVHDA Utility Test, has two legs towards his AKC Master Hunt Title, OFA is Good (# 9857G28MPI). His black roan color comes from his sire who is a German Import. His sire has earned the KS title and also is a NAVHDA Utility dog. |

Fly is a great house dog and an excellent hunting dog. We hunt upland as well as waterfowl and we participate in some of the various hunt tests. She is always hunting, even if you are just going for a leisurely walk with out a gun. Her love of water is all natural, she figured out how to go look for downed ducks without much assistance. There is no need to apply great amounts of pressure on her when teaching her things, she is a wonderful student. Force fetch took abut two weeks and she was completely done!! Another ability that came naturally to her is marking downed birds. She has made some unbelievably long retrieves. Just when you start to ask yourself if she saw the bird come down, she is already coming back to you with the it. Her hips are OFA Good |
